Dingbat 2.0: The Iconic Los Angeles Apartment as Projection of a Metropolis*, a 2016 publication in cooperation with the L.A. Forum for Architecture and Urban Design, has brought to light the connections between seemingly disparate LA architecture styles. These styles are represented in Shulman's documented LA work + this study offers new perspectives on architects of his time.
